Koshu Trilogy

Grapes are from Yamanashi and Yamagata and they are made into wine and matured in Nagano. The wine shows the good integration of soft body of Yamanashi Koshu and the crisp acidity from Yamagata Koshu. It still grows in the bottle under the atmosphere of Shinshu(Nagano).
